Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours — Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You can also call (860) 449-9514 to schedule if you prefer.
How do I get a free quote?
Bring your vehicle to the shop. We inspect it, put together a quote, and call you to explain what we found and what it'll cost — before any work is done.
What vehicles do you work on?
All of them — domestic, European, Asian. Cars, trucks, SUVs. If you drive it, we work on it.
Do you use OEM parts?
Yes. Original equipment manufacturer parts on every repair — no cheap aftermarket substitutes. And we keep your old parts at the shop so you can see exactly what was changed.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are done within a day or two. Timing depends on the job and parts availability — we keep you updated throughout.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. 100% parts and labor coverage for 365 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first. Full terms are on every estimate and invoice.
What payment do you accept?
All forms of payment — cash, credit, debit, or check.

What if I don't know what's wrong with my car?
Bring it in. We diagnose it, explain what we find in plain terms, and quote you before doing any work. That's what the free quote is for.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
There's a Citgo convenience store connected to the building and Poquonnock Park nearby. For most repairs, the easiest option is to have someone drop you off — we call you when it's ready.
